Education department

Programmes for schools focus on the themes of our permanent exhibitions and we regularly add events and programmes accompanying the temporary shows and displays. We develop them with an aim to give teachers an opportunity to expand and enrich their lessons. We base the programmes also on the framework curricula of the schools. The programmes combine the opportunity to create, explore, and learn, develop creativity and allow for sharing knowledge and information based on experiences.

 

We also run one-off events for the public – creative workshops, theme-specific lectures, and events for the whole family.

 

During the summer months we run day camps for children aged 7 to 12.
