Permanent exhibitions:
Farmyard
From sourdough to grain
Besides a cash office and bathrooms, the main building has a lot more to offer to the visitors, namely the permanent exhibition titled “From sourdough to grain” focusing not just on the art of bread-making, but also on the hard labour and various operations that lead to a loaf of bread, the essential food for all people.
Historical stronghold
From stone axe to iron ploughshare
Just next to the entrance, the ground floor of the Rymice stronghold offers a permanent exhibition presenting the evolution of this part of the country, literally from the oldest stone axe found on the location of this picturesque village. The visitors learn about the development of the village and its surroundings based on authentic archaeological finds.
Pictures from the history of Rymice
The same room offers an exhibition presenting the history of the village, the stronghold, and the local people.
Down the furrow of time
As the name suggests, this permanent exhibition will take you back in time and explain the history of the rural people of the Haná region, their material as well as spiritual values.
