A project under the Regional cooperation of regions and institutes of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, delivered by the Kroměříž District Museum in collaboration with the Institute of Archaeology of the Czech Academy of Sciences Prague, Palacký University in Olomouc, Institute for Archaeological Heritage Brno, and Archaeology Centre Olomouc. The aim of the project is to completely process the archaeological materials from the research of Dr. Václav Spurný, delivered between 1949 and 1956 on the Hradisko locality, Pod Hroby and Vinohrádky sites, which are kept in the collections of the Kroměříž District Museum. Another goal of the project is the conservation and documentation of the unique 40-kg treasure of bronze objects discovered there in 2012 and its transfer to the collections of the Kroměříž District Museum. The project involved also a digitisation of a part of the field documentation (texts, plans, photographs) accompanying the research of Dr. V. Spurný.
The project is financially supported by the Zlín Region and the Academy of Sciences and is planned to take place over three years. In the first phase of the project in 2020, the Zlín Region contributed with a total of 478,000 CZK and the Academy of Sciences with 200,000 CZK. In 2021 the Zlín Region provided a grant of 148,000 CZK and the Academy of Sciences 200,000 CZK. In the third and final year, the project received financial subsidy of 50,000 CZK from the Zlín Region and 200,000 CZK from the Academy of Sciences.
