A project under the IROP scheme, specific goal 3.1: Improving the presentation, enhancing the protection and development of cultural heritage.
The result of the implementation of this project was a revitalisation of the farmyard, which was in a dilapidated state. During the revitalisation, the buildings underwent structural stabilisation and complete reconstruction including new facades, new service connections, plus hard and soft landscaping. The project covered also a protection of the collection funds and all the assets and equipment.
The buildings of the manorial farm house the new permanent exhibition on bread-making – From sourdough to grain, and a new ethnographic and archaeological depository.
The building works and the development of the new exhibition took place from March 2020 to June 2022.
The overall cost of the project, including design and planning works, was 126 million CZK. The IROP grant covered 85 % of the total eligible cost, 5 % was provided from the state budget, and 10 % from a grant provided by the region.
